one of the terrible things about Leelah’s death is that her mother didn’t seem to be put down one bit in her facebook post, clearly twisting the details to the point where Leelah’s death sounded minor, even. oh, and, even in her daughter’s death, her mother still decided to misgender and completely slander Leelah’s last moments in doing this.
the fact that news reports did a better job of telling her death than her own mother’s is depressing

Deepest darkest secret time: When I was 9 I was super into both Sonic the Hedgehog and Pokemon cause I was a friendless loser, and I drew fanart for an unofficial Pokemon magazine that was a cross-over of Sonic and Pikachu and I named it Pikasonic. It looked exactly how you expected, but the fun thing here is I was checking the Sonichu wiki and can confirm that I drew it the same year that Sonichu was created and it’s entirely down to months right now.
It is completely possible that I invented Sonichu before CWC did.
